Module 1: Learn and practice basic mindfulness tools in a small groupFebruary 04, 2021 7:00 pm
We will use Focusing to choose and customize the practices that have the most resonance for us right now. First we establish being present in our bodies and for the month of February the emphasis will be on exploring our relationship to thoughts and feelings using RAIN meditation.
Previous experience with meditation and Focusing is welcome but not required to take this course.
This is the first of four modules, each on Thursdays at 2pm EST . The other dates are February 11, 18 and 25.
We suggest a $60 donation to cover the four modules, and you are welcome to offer more or less as you are able.
